HOLISTIC BELLY DANCE BOOT CAMP-

For bellydance artists of all levels and beginners!
No previous dance experience required just an open mind and the willingness to have fun and learn a beautiful, new dance form! Bellydance embraces all body types and all ages! Classes are a low-impact/high-energy form of dance , are fun and promote a non-intimidating environment. The breakdowns are thorough, questions in class are encouraged and plenty of encouragement is offered to help you along. Sharing tea in circle and developing our intuition in a safe space are non-dance activities that will also form part of this class.
Bellydance for Body and Soul - technique grounded in but not limited to the Egyptian style. It is very organic and highly applicable to tribal and folkloric styles of bellydance. You will learn strong, earthy hip accents..., shimmering shimmies, juicy undulations, circles and figure eights, and gorgeous veilwork. Whether you seek training as a performer, or bellydance as form of exercise, self-love and comraderie with other dancers, these classes will deliver the goods in a warm, relaxed and open-hearted environment. The decision to learn to bellydance is the greatest gift you can give yourself...get ready to feel great about yourself as you learn to move your body in the most feminine of ways and feel more empowered and alive than you ever have!

HOLISTIC BELLYDANCE (BEYOND THE BASICS) CHOREOGRAPHY CLASSESThis approach to bellydance is a holistic one, as we strive to utilize dance as not only a physical tool for movement and energy flow but also as a means to create a story, inspire deep emotional transformation through the characters we create and engage our spiritual selves with love, purpose and meaning. 
Our goal will be to create a new choreography together each term using the above principles to guide us along the way. Meditation, sharing tea in circle and developing our intuition in a safe space are non-dance activities that will also form part of this class.
(I encouraged students interested in this class to first take the basic Bellydancing to gain an understanding of the concepts we are working with in the Holistic Bellydance class; however exceptions may be made in certain cases.)

BELLY Hip Hop Fusion

Belly dance hip-hop fusion is an exciting form of modern belly dance that blends the femininity of belly dance and the strength of hip hop. This class explores the unique fusion style to create crisp belly dance technique to the fun and freedom of hip hop and world music.

Bellyfit Strong - In the first half of the class, burn mega calories, relieve stress, and get the sweat flowing with fun, easy to learn cardio moves infused with Belly dance, Bollywood, Bhangra, and African dance. During the second half of the class, enjoy sculpting, toning with weights, and tightening with pilates-inspired core work and a relaxing yoga-inspired stretch. You don't have to know how to dance. You just need to Be Present and Enjoy Yourself! Move to the beat of your own drum as long as you keep moving and Have FUN!! Bring a yoga mat, water bottle and work out shoes. 

Bellyfit With Baby - combines the beauty of ancient forms of dance with the art of baby wearing. Keep your baby close to your heart while you relieve stress, learn Belly dance, Bollywood, Bhangra, and African Dance, finishing off the class with Yoga inspired stretch, meet other new moms and get active...! You don't have to know how to dance. You just need to Be Present and Enjoy Yourself! Move to the beat of your own drum as long as you keep moving and Have FUN!! Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, A two-shouldered baby carrier (no ring slings or pouches please)and work out shoes and booties....




Zumba
